I ordered a new Dell 8200 notebook last week with the UXGA upgrade. I just realized that UXGA is not synonymous with "Ultrasharp" UXGA, and that now the Ultrasharp is only $100 more. I have never seen an Ultrasharp in person, and I don't know if the new whiz-bang technology (400:1 contrast ratio, etc.) is worth the hassle of returning it, though I imagine it is. I should be receiving the computer tomorrow, and I wanted to know if anyone has had any trouble with Dell in returning new systems for reasons like this one.
