Obviously it's a fake. The penguin just standing there has been added in. It probably was a funny penguin "accident" that someone embellished to make it funnier somehow.

i think someone posted this before, but i don't feel like looking for it.

i mention that not to call out a repost, but because it seems like last time it was up, there was the same sequence of someone saying "it's fake" and someone else saying "it's a joke....lighten up"
