Hmmm well it's a hard thing to define, but basically what is illegal is sexual intercourse. Anything other than that would be hard to prosecute. Satutory Rape is a rampent "problem" in the US, personally I think it should be redefined, the difference between a 16yr old and a 18 yr old is definately not as big as the difference between anyone under 18 and anyone older than 21. But eh, the laws are there for a good reason.

i have to agree, although i originally gave her a 7-9, shes more like an 8-10. Maybe not stunningly hot, but just all-around great build, nice face/smile etc... I personally think a girl can be a 10 w/o having C-cup. I have found that the older I get the younger the women get attractive. Now I dont just mean that the women are younger...because that is a no brainer, but the women are looking older when they are younger. I mean there were girls at my brothers bar mitzvah (meaning they were 13) who honestly looked legal (or damn close to it).

I think comparing a 12 and 16 year old is a bit extreme. Of course that wouldn't work. The mental state in which the two people are in is much different than what a 20 and 16 year old are going thru.
