Portable MP3 Player Question

I have a portable CD player that uses a cigarette plug for power and the cassette thingy. It works pretty good.
Computergeeks has a portable MP3 player that uses CD's (Tavarua?) for $37.00 Would I be able to use my auto adapter with this player?

The cassette adaptor should work just fine. That just runs out the headphone jack, so there shouldn't be any issues at all.

The power adaptor will be the tricky one. as to whether that will work, I don't know...
