I signed up 7-8 months ago and have never received anything, and I am not too surprised.

From the FAQ:

Q When will Planetville launch ?

A We launched a sneak preview at Digital Coast 99 in LA on Sept. 8/9, 1999. The TV tuning on the Web page is available now, but our "official" launch is Nov. 99 during the week of Comdex. The site will then feature channel lineups and listings for North America and additional Web content and services.

Q When do I get the TV tuner card and software I signed up for ?

A The hardware will start shipping at the end of October, 1999. The roll-out will be on a "first come, first served" basis. Shipment date depends on how many registrants we receive, the arrival of hardware will be based on where you are on the list numerically, and not what day you registered.

Good job Startide. Looks like the first one.

Looks like if this might be a real company. The only thing that throws me off is the email address - [email protected] ???

Anyway, i think ill be able to call 2morrow. I have to go cut the grass now. Laters
