that is a hilarious joke, as cpu used such a minimalist expression to show his opinion of authority -- that it no longer exists, but yet that the imposing force that has stamped it out (represented by the red x) must be respected in its own right. such an ironic statement, since one could argue that something which is respected is something that possesses authority.
