Starwars Rocks!!!

Oh my...let me tell guys...don't waste time looking at your 19" moniter watching a crappy camcorder version of starwars. GO SEE THE REAL THING!! HOLY MONKEY!!! It kicks some massive monkey butt! I was at the midnight showing...and it was worth every bit of my sleeping time!!

I'll see it, but I'll wait a week. I'm not really into fighting crowds to see a movie which will still be around next week.

Now, was it actually a good movie (good character development, good plot, etc) or was it just lots of effects?

i saw it, i thought it was a good movie, but not a good star wars, i thought the same about episode one exept the good movie part, because that movie blew.

It was head and shoulders better than episode 1. The only Star Wars better is Empire.

I get to see it on a digital screen next Monday. Turns out the Cinerama in Seattle has a digital projector and I didn't know it. I can't wait.

just ordered my tix for the local digital screen (Merrifield, VA...DC)...going saturday at 3:30...i've shut myself off from outside reviews...tired of hearing about how much it sucks...it's star wars for god's sake...nothing will deter me from seeing it.

On another note, I saw Episode II this morning. The plot is decent, in my opinion. There may have been 5 minutes in the movie without some form of CG. Yoda is my new hero! and I want Natalie Portman more than ever! Sooo hot! :D

don't wait too long. i got to see the 12am showing on wed night/thurs morning, and part of the fun was watching it with other major enthusiasts who cheered and reacted with the movie. :)

Saw the movie last night and really enjoyed it. It may not be the best SW movie ever but the magic is back and in a big way.

And something to remember - I hear people saying "Anakin becomes Darth Vader" which is not true. Anakin IS Darth Vader, whether he has takes the name or not.
