I remember back when I was in like middle school, someone did that for a cover of vanity fair or something - i forget who, and I'm tempted to say demi moore, but i'm not sure if I'm confusing that with her pregnancy photo.

I'm all for painted on clothing. Just remember, paint does not provide support for those saggy areas.
