Ok, i'm doin this project and I need to identify all the functional groups in Progesterone. I'm havin a hard time with one though.

I have the two carbonyl groups, the two methyl branches, and what appears to be four cyclic rings, but I'm not sure about those. The double bond on the one on the far left is confusing me, as is the ring of 5 carbons. Who can help me out here?
