how i knew that today was going to be a rotten day:

my alarm went off and i woke up........thought "ugh, i DO NOT want to go to work today. but at least it's thursday....almost the end of the week."

"hmmm......wait, i don't think it's thursday. it must be wednesday. oh well, half-way through the week."

"no, i've only been to work one day this week....that was monday...which makes today TUESDAY?!?!??!! YUCK!"
