For $100...GeForce3 or Radeon8500LE?

I noticed that newegg has both for about a bill. So, which is the better deal?

...Googlegear has the GeForce4 Ti4200 for $160...another tempting upgrade option.

I'd get the 4200 buuuuut if you really only want to spend a bill, the geforce3.

what will you use it for? i'd get the radeon unless you want a card to tweak for 3d gaming. cant go wrong with the gf3 for 3dgaming but the radeon has nice graphics and does all the other things(video,2d etc) better.
Prices should be dropping due to the ti4200 and other cards hitting the market.
