I......uh....acquired it a couple of weeks ago and I didn't like it as much for the PC. Maybe because I had completely beat it on the PS2 but also the controls didn't seem as smooth.

I agree. The graphics may look slightly better, but the controls aren't as smooth because for some retarded reason, Rockstar didn't optimize the game for Nvidia graphic cards or other brands. It lags a lot and the refresh rate sucks. Makes the game hard to play.
The upside is that with the mouse, you can aim better than on the PS2.

is this exactly the same as the ps2 version or are there some changes?
i kinda want to get this game, but only because eventually there will be mods for it, one of the things i like more about pc games than console games.

by the way, what mission lets you stuff a body in the trunk? i dont remember that one in the ps2 version

You have to take the car to the crusher and try to avoid the Farelli Brothers (sp?) trying to stop you. The body is already in the trunk when you pick it up.

once its in ISO form the protection doesnt help it at all. the protection is different from a game like nhl 2k2 where you have to use a patched .exe to run the game where as this one only had the "protection" on the disk it self.
