Possible Coupon problems at Staples...

I just got a new $30 off $150 coupon from Staples via email and the coupon code was 16 digits long.... Does anyone know for use if they are moving to one time use coupons?

Sounds like a One-Time-Use coupon.
I've recieved several paper coupons from staples where they tell you to enter the 5 digit code to redeem, but when ordering online, it asks for the full 16 digit number.

I got 2 coupons in the mail a month ago from Staples, and the one that was valid for B&M and online had a 16 digit code on it. However, the cashier only entered the first 5 digits of it, so I ended up going back the next day and using the same coupon again (I had scanned it).

I got a sixteen digit code, too and I just figured it was a mistake. So it's good at B&M stores... Great!!
