4. Test all codes before you post them.
- Make sure you get your points in green letters (Trivia) or a green confirmation box (codes) that says "Congratulations".
- Make sure the spelling is correct once you post it, everybody makes mistakes, buy some mistakes could cost us all our points.
- Do not compete to see who can post their code first, if somebody beat you, you can always confirm.
- Red means stop (no posting the code whatsoever), sometimes the code is correct and FOX6 will reward you those points later with an email confirmation. By then it's usually too late to post that code, but we cannot afford to post the code under any uncertain conditions.

5. Listen to Senior members and respect fellow members.
- Senior members have alot of experience, which you can trust, and they usually know what's best. They have tons of great advice too.
- Provoking or belittling other members is unacceptable, if you can't respect and show basic curtisy to other people, you should not be participating in any forum - let alone this one.
- If this sounds paranoid or ridiculous to you, please refrain from making posts on our forum. You put the rest of us in jepordy.

6. Be specific about the source of the code.
- In addition to posting the code, give a source. For example FITM (Fox in the mornig), Simpson code, upn13 code, Fox6 10pm (News at 10pm), Special event (name the event) code, Internet code, etc.
- If you just post a code without a source, you will recive suspicion or even hostility from other members.

I won't waste any more space repeating this in the future, refering people to this page(123) would be a good idea.

I understand what you're saying about the code thing and he fessed up to it and would changed things if he could have. But we've moved on, or at least I thought we had.

There were rules drafted out of need, not out of some misguided feeling of supremacy or anything like that.

Folks need to only post, and confirm, only those codes that they themselves see, and that's it. That part of his message was NOT out of line.

I get where you are coming from Crackerwagon, but can you really tell me that you would consider entering those codes. Codes that appear from nowhere that no one else can confirm sound pretty fishy to me! I agree that the leave our forum bit was out of line, but I'd like to see Travisz's response to my post before apologizing.

In regards to the GOLF2004 thing, A lot of people on the other forum went down too. A handful of their senior members included. I went down harder than anyone, although that's probably no consolation to any of you that lost their accounts. That situation is what fuels these responses to shady situations like these. ummkaaaay.. 1st of all, I will never put in another code that I haven't personally seen or hasn't been verified by a senior member or 2. I've learned my lesson well on that one, thank you. But I do think travisc is just trying to help out(maybe a little too hard) but trying non the less. As with everyone in here, unless you know each other in rt, it takes time to gain trust. I'm sorry I can't give a better explanation as to where they came from. My mom got one on a pizza and saw the other one on TV and after going back a few days through the boards I noticed nobody else had listed it so I signed up and posted it. True, I didn't personally see it on TV, but I doubt my mom is trying to :censored: me.

I'm glad they finally mentioned the pizza deal! It's nice they tell you a promo is starting 4 days after it started.
