The film catches a glimpse inside the lives of three very different people on diverse paths, but all in search of the same thing. Mirabelle (CLAIRE DANES) is a "plain Jane" overseeing the rarely frequented glove counter at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills. An artist struggling to keep up with even the minimum payment on her credit card and student loans, she keeps to herself until a rich, handsome fifty something named Ray Porter (STEVE MARTIN) sweeps her off her feet. Simultaneously, Mirabelle is being pursued by Jeremy (JASON SCHWARTZMAN), a basic bachelor who's not quite as cultured and successful as Ray. When fate steps in, the outcome may not always be a storybook ending, because in the end…it was life. This movie screens Wednesday, October 26 at 7pm at AMC La Jolla. Seating is not guaranteed so please arrive early.

When FOX changed its CP page a while back, they kinda screwed up...
If you purchase something, it takes it off the "available now" section, but also does not put it into the "what you missed" section, which kinda makes sense. What they missed is creating a new section that they should have called "what you got"

Therefore, after you purchase something, it seems to totally disappear from the free stuff section and there's not even a way to find out how many of those items remain, if any.

Good idea...oh, well...

I was in Norfolk VA on a business trip during Hugo. It was fun to hear the howling wind and see the trees bend at a 45&#176; angle. But then again, I grew up with hurricanes and found that most big ones are just a lot of wind breaking off weak branches. (Although in FL, the tree roots don't run very deep so trees tend to fall over.)

BTW...the poor Astros are doing what the Padres did...get lots of base-runners on late and not get them home and lose the game.
