Usually, you know the times when they announce them on the morning show. Other than that, it's really guesswork but typically they'll go up on the hour between 10am and 4pm, and rarely on Mondays or Fridays. Other than that rule-of-thumb, anything goes, like sometimes things will go up at 7pm, and they used to sometimes go up on the half-hour but I haven't seen that in a while.

If all else fails, do like BenDogg used to do: call the station then post the answer here. :)
