I would be a little leary of using that code if you were not at Legoland with the Fox 6 and 100.7 parties. From what I understood the park was open only for Fox and 100.7 and all other radio or TV groups involved. They will know you by name.!!!

Not true. The park was open to the public. The ticket window was open for anyone to buy. It was sad how empty the park was, considering how many free or cheap tickets they gave out. I expected it to be a zoo.

Probably not a good idea to say you got yours-maybe a little paranoia on my(and others) part-but fox can track these things if they want to and close your account-it HAS HAPPENED BEFORE.:banghead:
Fox doesn't seem to be tracking these things any more, but that's not to say that they won't start up again, so I agree that you should be careful about posting anything that might let them track you down.

I'm not much into computer world paranoia. :ugh:
It's not paranoia. It's real. They have, in the past (at LEAST twice) shut down folks from message boards and some of our very own posters have been affected. We too are "not much into computer world paranoia", whatever that means.
We're nto a bunch of Chicken Littles, we've seen it happen, some have HERE had it happen to them personally.
It's just best to play it safe...though, like someone else said, you now know what the deal is and if you opt to play it loose, then that's your choice. Best of luck to ya with that right there.

We are not being paranoid, I had my account closed twice. They do keep tabs, rather loosely but they do close the account if they think you are "cheating". They usually know by the way you describe yourself on the forum. Believe me, I know! Although I have only recently begun to post, I do intend to keep it to myself if I win anything. Enough said!:nono:
