I left the TV on in the bedroom one day and got a coupon for $500 off a bike. I have dishnetwork and with all the stuff I record there's not much time I can have fox on. When I watch something I recorded I don't want to sit through commercials.

I decided to give something a try.....

I'm gonna take a vcr into work with an antenna (can't get ch6 with it in my place) and split the audio output. One will connect to the Giftz box and another will connect to the RF transmitter for a set of wireless headphones I no longer use. The RF is needed because the box will shut off if you don't press anything on your remote now and then.

I think with that setup I should be able to capture anything they put out and I can upload from my work computer

Excellent question! I think it should work.
However, there's also something about the unit turning off after a certain period of time so you'd have to either change the station or turn it off/on (maybe) periodically to reactivate the unit.

I've got an old VCR that I just tune to Ch 6 and leave it there. If the Green light at the bottom goes off I just hit the vol up or down and it comes back on. I've captured quite a few coupons that way.
