When I saw this thread title I thought you were talking about the only bay bridge that I am aware of:

WOW! That's a cool bridge. Do you have an overhead scan or pic of the full bridge?

That would be the chesapeake bay bridge tunnel
pretty awesome....have a book about the construction of it back at my parents place when we took a family vacation in virginia way back when...

and the reason why they made it a bridge/tunnel was so that all the navy ships could pass through without having to worry about the bridge.

The Bridge-Tunnel project is a four-lane 20-mile-long vehicular toll crossing of the lower Chesapeake Bay.
I think you'd be hard-pressed to find a pic of the full 20 mile bridge.

Unfortunately, that 2nd picture is the closest I have to a full bridge shot. My camera couldn't capture anymore than that. It's a rather long bridge at 4.3 miles.

Nope, that is the bay bridge on route 50, by annapolis.
Your bridge looks pretty cool too though, and quite a bit longer.
