Sweet, more CD's! What is the time period for these deals? At least through the weekend I'm hoping. :)

I just went up to the BestBuy, and I got a flyer (which was dated June 23rd-29th) and they don't have it in there. And I also went to go look at the CD's and they didn't have anything there either. I'm going to give it another shot this weekend. :(

Has anyone else gotten a flyer for those awesome CD deals at bestbuy? Was it last week, or is it next week, or what??

These are likely a pre-post, the sale won't start until Sunday.

Great find, those are nice prices for those CD-Rs... However, they are both only 16X.

Does anyone know of any deals on 32X or 40X Blank CD-Rs. I got a fast burner, now my Cheap Media is slowing me down!!

Thanks in advance...

Staples On-Line as well as B&M stores have 100 CD spindles of Philips 40x cdr's for $32.94 with a $20 MIR. $12.94 is usually more than I spend on cdr's, but I have a 48x burner now so what's a guy to do? The deal expires after today tho'. so if you're interested, get busy.
Do a search for Philips and scroll down the page.

Just a head-up: the $1.99 CDR deal is not available in Queens, NY. I went down to the BestBuy in LIC after work on Friday and I picked up the circular at the entrance. I looked through it and they didn't have the deal. However, they do have the $4.99 deal. I didn't bother getting that.

Ah yes, those deals are for June 30 - July 6, 2002. You can look up the entire thing on the BestBuy page... Guess I'm going to head there during lunch today.

Just got back from best buy, and my local flyer had both deals, but when I went to check-out, they instant rebates didn't show up, and I didn't notice till after I paid, so I had to go to the customer serivce line (which took forever!) and have them correct it. For some reason the guy behind the counter didn't seemed convinced that "instant-rebate" meant you didn't have to mail anything in... *sigh*

Anyhow, make sure they only charge you $28.99 for the 110pk & $11.99 for the 50pk!!! Otherwise bitch and complain till they fix it!

Also, I checked the rebate printouts and they are limit one per household / address. :( (Of course, I like to buy two, and get the 2nd set of rebates sent to my parents house. Hehe...)
