This might help those people figuring out which ps to get.

This is just for reference and some may vary. Also this might help you balance out the load. I'm not sure how these ps's distribute power but on generators you want the load as even as possible per leg.

Couple things to keep in mind though.

1) You almost never hit peak power. A rated 300 watt powersupply doesn't usually hit 300 watts.

2)Max sustained peak of a 300 watt PS is actually a little under half - usually around 180 watts or so. It's the difference between maximum and actual. So if all your parts add up to say, 350 total watts, you could still get by just fine with a 300 watt PS, because you will never use all parts at peak power.

I think i have that right...

most psu's have a prettylare +- rating on ACTUAL wattage given out for instance my my 300w could top out at 320...

Are you sure about the ratings on Power Supplies? If what you are saying is true, then two listings should be made when advertising power supplies.
