Local place in Northampton, MA called Pizzeria Paradiso. My wife and I actually served this stuff at our wedding last spring. :)

They serve pizzas with all kinds of toppings, some of them "gourmet". And it's GOOD pizza! :munch:

Cheeses
extra cheese
fresh mozzarella
ricotta
fontinella
feta
gorgonzola
asiago

Meats
pepperoni
anchovies
herb chicken
fennel sausage
hamburger

Vegetables
tomato
carmelized onions
bermuda onions
mushrooms
green peppers
black olives
green olives
spinach
eggplant
broccoli
roasted garlic
fresh garlic
jalapeno peppers
artichoke hearts
pineapple
capers
roasted red peppers
pinenuts
fresh basil
zucchini

Gourmet
imported goat cheese
soya kaas mozzarella
scallops
shrimp
prosciutto
sun-dried tomatoes
arugula
mixed wild mushrooms

I like all pizza, although I usually consider "chain" pizza to be an entirely different meal than what you get at your town's local pizza joints. ;)

I like Papa Johns usually if i'm ordering from one of the big pizza chains. I think pizza hut is disgustingly greasy. Domino's aint bad tho. Local pizza usually is the best. Best pizza I can rememeber is a place called Al Dente in Flushing, NY (Brooklyn).

If I'm calling out for it to be delivered than I would have to say PaPa John's.

To go inside to eat I would have to say Pizza Inn. *yummy*

Gotta agree with you on this one. Good pizza does not come from a chain but rather from very Italian people, usually named Ray or Vinny, :chef: who run their own small show.

Now when I order pizza I like to get mine with sausage and pineapple as topping. :munch:

Ever hear of a tomato pie? I always though that pizzas and tomato pies were one and the same.
There is a restaurant in Trenton, N.J. which offers tomato pies: a real thin but flaky crust with just tomatoes, no cheese. There is a line outside of this restaurant practically every evening of the week. It really is an experience going there.

ive never been to bacci's but a few of my uic friends talk about it. ill have to go someday

hungry howies with cajun crust

for an order of breadsticks, i would have to go with little ceasars with extra butter and extra cheese. Its only good if it looks liek its an instant heartattack.

When I was a kid, the best pizza was Castle Hill Pizza in the Bronx. The sicilian was the best. Haven't had it since I was 15 but I can still remember how good it was.

well you would be correct in an 'off' sort of way..actually they didn't have cheese as you would think, all goopy and whatnot on top..no no no.....they were also called HOT PIES and had the cheese cooked right into the sauce - Usually romano cheese, fresh grated..then once it was baked, it is then chilled and served cold. They didn't start adding mozzerrella till many years later. thats the AMERICAN way. If you go to italy now and order pizza in certain areas you can still find it that way.

Best pizza I ever had was about 10 years ago, in Evanston, outside of Chicago...

At Carmen's... the stuffed spinach pizza.

Sounded absolutely disgusting... and I thought my friend was nuts when he ordered it.

But that was the best pizza I've ever tasted... I'm getting hungry just thinking about it, and it's not even 8:00am yet...

I'd say CPK. Its pretty good. Some of their pizzas are questionable, but unlike some of the other places, I can actually eat all of the crust. I was there yesterday actually. My gf's roommate works there and we got 50% off our bill. :)

Mmmm... Carmen's stuffed spinach pizza is the best. Ferentino's is also pretty decent. I go to Ferentino more just because there's one near where I live so I don't have to drive all the way down to Evanston. :D

Mmmmm, California Pizza Kitchen BBQ Chicken pizza. Those are good. I saw one in the frozen food section at Albertson's last night so I picked it up. I'm gonna put it in the oven in a few mins, so I'll let you all know how it was.

Uno is one of my favorites, and I just usually call them and pick up the pizza myself so I've never waited or experienced any rude service from them.

Mmm, this Frozen CPK pizza is good. I recommend it to anyone who's hungry. It's not as good as the fresh stuff you get at the restaurant, but it's by far the best frozen pizza I've had.

I'm a fan of the small local shops. All that mass-produced pizza is crap. Of course, when you're a poor college student, those Little Caesar's deals are great.
