So I have the MSI Ultra 845 ARU with on-board RAID. The problem is the bios is the "Lite" version, and it doesn't allow me to change stripe sizes or have more than one array. Does anyone have a flash for the on-board Fasttrak-133 to a real bios?

http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/bios/bos/spt_bos_list.php

That place has directions for you to use along with upgrades for your BIOS.

whoa wait a minute... a couple of days ago I just saw a trick where you can change it into the Full version... let me see if I can scrounge it up.

If you still cant find it, go to MSI forums. Last time I was there someone sent me a flash for my old board.

alright, I found it. But it's for the SOYO dragon+ mobo... I'm not sure if its motherboard dependant or not but you can read about it here:

MSI: No updates for the RAID bios (I've already flashed to mobo v3.4)
Promise: Fasttrak133 is unsupported or doesnt exist

The forums-link seems to suggest that the Fasttrak133 and Fasttrak100 are the same thing with different bioses, but flashing my on-board RAID with a non-standard bios is a little too risky for me. If it was an add-in yeah...but not on board.

Oh well. Until someone else has my issue with on-board Fasttrak133, I guess I'm stuck with only one array. Thanks for the links, though.
