I've been using this service for about a year - but they don't have referal benefits so I doubt Apex will post it on his page. Beats the hell out of the phone deal that's listed there.
It's a prepaid service (you must dial 800# before calling LD) but it works GREAT! I cancelled my long distance carrier and now I exclusively use them. Awesome features as well. Worth a check out - no catch, no fees, no min call. Just FLAT .029/min
