Its looking that Nvidia will be coming out with a just GeForce 4 Ti refresh in the fall. Basically the NV28. It appears the move to .13 micron is a pain, for TSMC {the foundry Nvidia and ATI both use} and others.

"The NV-28 will be the fall refresh of the GeForce 4 core. The main addition is that of AGP 8X, other than that we can perhaps expect some core speed improvements (perhaps up to 330 MHz) along with faster memory (probably around 700 MHz DDR)."

Nvidia NV30: too late for Christmas rush? (http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=3845)
Also yields of R300 will not be high and it will cost much money. I really doubt the R300 will be clocked at 350Mhz. If Matrox released Parhelia with 80 Million transistors at 220Mhz, then the R300 is going to be harder to do with 107 million transistors.
