i bet the dude was shooting some blanks. She had some fun with the mail man and her monthly delivery failed to show up. So as a cover up, she wanted to go in vitro. The rest is pretty self explanatory. :D

Yea, but you don't just jump into in vitro fertilization.

I bet there is at least a 2 month waiting period on some things.
