...are the cutscene videos and animation supposed to be kinda blurry in GTA3? Mine are and I'm wondering if it's a video setting or if the game is normal.

Are you talking about the PS2 version or the PC version?

sorry, PC version. The motion looks like its...welll...blurred.

i don't know about you guys, but i'm experiencing a lag in my steering whenever i drive. it makes trying to do the race missions a pain in the ass. this happen to yall too?

in my ps2 version i couldnt stand the blurry until i turned off trails in the options i guess its diff on the comp tho

Just to state a fact, the GTA Videos or Cut screens are the same as the in game graphics, there are no movies technically.

In the options on the PC version there is a trails or motion blur setting that you can disable. I find it very annoying and as an added bonusit improves performace.
