Sounds neat but pictures or schematics would have been a nice touch.

Sounds nice, but getting watercooling for you desktop is one thing, I don't think I would want my laptop to be watercooled.

Many many laptops are watercooled, though they have fans too. Most Compaq Armadas are like that. Copper heatsinks with a water core, with heatpipes, and then a fan on the condenser.
