... and the doctor breezes in, exuberantly gushing, "Congratulations on your pregnancy!"

The bf and I looked kind of puzzled before I finally asked, "Uhhh ... how did you come to that conclusion just by checking my blood pressure?" :P

As it turns out, she had read the wrong chart before seeing me. She's a really good doc, but you know those Monday mornings ... ;)
