Looking around my office it never fails to amaze me how many people start their day with a cup of coffee, a cigatette, and a doughnut. And they wonder why they feel like crap all day long :shrug:

Two sausage patties
3 Buttmilk Pancakes
2 Scrambled eggs
1 glass of nonfat milk
