Odd phobias you may have

I have an odd phobia - I'm afraid of artifical things under water. Ships, cars - anything bigger than, say, and old travel chest. Every time I see something like that in person I get this almost-panic feeling going through my body. Even seeing pics on TV gives me the willies.

Anyone else have odd little phobias like this?

i always start in on my stuff, then people make fun of me and treat me like a kook because of it. so i'd say, but you know how i'm afraid of the consequences :P

well, when i was a kid, i used to have recurring nightmares about wrecking balls and giant-sized sticks of wrigley's doublemint gum.

i dont really like other peoples blood. makes me cringe and whenever i see pictures of the two towers i get a chill

I have a huge phobia about having my face covered..something about that smothering feeling..ick..forget about snorkeling..*shudder*
-although I love LOVE LOVE the ocean..I realize that there is nothing but gravity really holding all that water in place..every time we go to the shore-all I can think about is that stupid movie WATERWORLD and then I get a bit freaky.
-I have a phobia about how my towels are folded..they must be in TRI-FOLDS or I can't use them..

Roaches...*shudder* I can't even stop on them...they are the only bug that scare me.

I also don't like blood....ick.

One time my friend was horsing around and he crashed his arm through a window....cut himself up pretty bad. I had to hold paper towels on his arms and apply preasure and stuff....I had enough adrenaline<sp?> in me at that time to ignore the blood...but afterwards....when I saw his blood on me....I just about threw up....it was gross.

I have a total phobia if going up, like on roller coasters, I have no problem with them going down, but going up I freak out, and really bad. Also along the same lines as chosen, when I'm up high I have to have something to hold on to....

Funny story, when I was a lifeguard at Hurricane Harbor a few summers ago we had to go to the top of this tall ride...they all knew I was afraid of being up that high with little support....and freaked out up at the top when they made us look over the edge so much that I started crying and wouldn't walk back down the stairs.

and I HATE ants. I hate them with a passion. My dad found it funny. He would buy extra bottles of raid and I'd keep one in the bathroom, outside on a shelf and in my room. I didn't find it funny. :|

I have an odd phobia... can't stand those odd numbers... even ones are ok, but the odd ones kinda make me worry... :P

I fear stupid people... they are all out there to make my life worse. They are out there suing people fo making them fat, or because they weren't warned against palcing that curling iron in a bodily orifice. The are voting and chosing our world leaders... it's scarry.

Scorpions...

I always check the floor/sheets b4 I go to bed. Yikers! So far I haven't seen any this year but last year I had about 7-8!

Fortunatley I have my patented scorp-killer golf putter, with which I unleash my wrath on those lil bastids, crush -em, scoop em up and throw 'em over the wall! :D
