Ok, for our wedding (6 years ago! :D ), Scott gave me a charm for a necklace and a heart-shaped velvet (or velveteen) jewelry box. The top has a sterling silver rose topped thing. Anyway, that silver thing came off awhile back and I just tried hot gluing it back on (it looks like it was originally hot glued down) but the glue didn't stick. What is the best way to get it to stay? Different kind of glue? velcro? lol Please help!

Just take it to Michael's They should be able to find a glue that will work with cloth and metal...

You might need some kind of prep for the metal part. Metal doesn't gule too well. A littel primer would probably make it more co-operative.

Thanks Grimm, but we don't have a Michaels within, I think, 4 hours of here. ;)

We have a craft place, I think, so I may call down there.

Thank you! :)
