The other day I was driving in Seattle. As I'm sitting at a traffic light, I look to my left, and there I see...

a homeless person with a cell phone. :|

My guess... full-time bum. They're all over the place in LA. What I do... I never give transients money. I buy food and give them food. Full-time bums will turn down the food. :)
