Went to class this morning.. thought it'd just be another uneventful day..
Before getting to class, bump into a friend, pretty cute might i add.. but anyways, stopped and talked for a lil bit.. she had a midterm today with a professor i had last semester.. turns out that he passed away over the weekend or the day before. He was my fav. teacher last semester. By far showed his love for the subject, taught it well, kept it exciting. You'll be missed Professor Paul Eyles.
My uncle passed away about 2-3 weeks ago. think he was in the hospital a lil before, and then they sent him home, gave him some medication. think he died of dehydration or something. never got to know him too well. :( Uncle, may you rest in peace.
My friend in LA's mother is in the hospital. Not sure exactly whats wrong, but its not going too well. But hopefully she'll pull out of it.
My friend's sister-in-law's mother, or was it aunt.. I forget.. went into a colma. Docs say chances are grim. Even if she wakes up, they say she'll be a vegetable. So funeral preparations are being made. :(
Of course there are other suckages, but when put into perspective, they pale in comparison. revil had a good idea of getting away from the keyboard a bit, and going out to explore life. I think more of us should do the same, and experience it... Experience it with friends and family.. Angry at someone? Talk it over, bring it to a resolution.. life is too short. cuz with a snap of a finger, a blink of an eye, tick of the clock, it can all be over. i hate it how it takes tragic events like these to remind me to wake up from this dreamland that i live in.
Regardless of whatever religion you may be, may ya keep 'em in your thoughts, in your prayers, or any other way? I'd really appreciate it. And take a step away from the online world, enjoy the fresh (if not polluted) air.
