I got windows NT running at work.
and when I maximize my windows, it covers up my start menu/taskbar.
how do I get it so that when I maximize my ie window (or any other window), it doesn't cover it up?
and I have always on top checked in the taskbar properties - but that's not the problem. before, if i would maximize, it would stop right above the taskbar.

Is your taskbar set to autohide?

right click the taskbar and open the properties, make sure that the "always on top" box is checked. that should do it

it is checked.
it's still not working :-/
Phone your companies helpdesk and ask them to re-image your HD. They love doing that. You'll be so popular.

Right click on the taskbar, is "Lock the Taskbar" checked? It should be.
