Uh... I don't think it's something you can do on your own unless you have a body shop.

What are shaved door handles? So like the door won't have any handles anymore?

Basically, that's what it is. They're removed and covered in bondo and match the paint w/ the rest of the car. Then you ask... How do I open the car then? There is also a kit that releases your door at a touch of a button.

IMO, I think you should spend your money elsewhere. This is not going to be a $200 endeavor. You'll probably spend up to 1/3 of what you paid for your car. If you're going for looks, spend the money on rims or something. That way it adds some material value to your car.

i once knew a guy who's solenoids broke, and he always had to hop into the car through the trunk =)

it is not an easy task, and if your asking about tutorials on the topic, i suggest you not do it *by yourself. take it to a reputable body shop and have them do the work, welding would be your best choice.

your car being a 95 model, how is the paint condition of the car? is it in pristine condition to match the freshly painted shaved door?

did you want to do this for cosmetic reasons? if you are, you should paint the black side mouldings first =)

The empty holes or cavities will have to be welded. Then the whole side of the car will have to be repainted. In addition, you will have to find the kit and have someone install it for you. If the whole job would be under a thousand dollars, I would be amazed.
Better to spend the money on a nice set of mags and/or tires and maybe a lowering kit.

ok thanks guys i think i am going to do this later one (like in a year or two) and buy coil overs first. the paint condition is in very good condition no rust no chips no scratches. the guy never drove it. i am going to end up repainting it eventually. i am doing the outside first then the inside. only thing is it doesnt have power windows. so i am going to have to install the switches and stuff. they have kits available so its all good.

now...does anyone know of a quick way of getting money? besides selling organs

Sperm donation. Not joking. Where do you live? Can probably find you a few leads.
