My bad. I just read what factory serviced is and it does not mean refurbished. But I still don't know if it will work with the coupon from Canon though.

dont buy this printer. its crap. my friend has it and its really slow and the res is low. it can't print color worth crap and it isn't even worth this price.

We had an issue with these Overstock refurbs and the Canon rebates on our forums too, and someone phoned Canon to ask if the rebate will honored on the "factory serviced" units, and it won't!
