My sister is having her baby tomorrow and wants me to setup a digital photo album. Where is a good place to host the pics for free?

Just don't use webphotos.com. I had a pretty bad experience with 'em. I ordered some Xmas cards from them and they didn't deliver so all my friends think I'm a jerk for not sending Xmas greetings :(

I told them to buy the Mercedes baby seat since it integrates really well, but they bought a different kind.
