uhm. if you have broadband, your service may have a free dialup account that goes with it. :) I have one that goes with my DSL account, unlimited usage. Of course I have no need for it. But several (more like 7) of my friends have put it to good use, simultaneously :). If you don't have one, you can try asking friends..? If you want to go through the trouble.
