I have an extra Sony MiniDV Camcorder DCR-TRV27 in the sealed box. If you've been looking around for this camcorder, you know that this retails at Best Buy, Circuit City, and Sears from $970.00 - $999.00. Also, keep in mind you'll pay state taxes if you buy at the retail. I've already paid the taxes. I'm asking $825 OBO.
This unit was purchased at a nation-wide B&M retailer and is still in the sealed box (sealed with "SONY" sticker at factory). IT IS NOT GREY MARKET, it is the US Camcorder. I bought 2 but only ended up needing one. I can email a picture of the box if desired.

If you live in the Western Michigan area then you could drop buy to pick it up in person (save shipping). Otherwise I'll ship insured UPS 1-day air. You pay for shipping.
Before shipping, I would open the box (breaking the "sony" seal) to verify that all the contents are there at the point that it shipped. This would be to protect both of us. I would also take a digital picture of the contents, and email you a digital photo of the box contents being UPS-ed to you. If you pick up the camcorder from my house, I would ask you to open the box at my house. If you really don't want the seal on the box broken, then I won't open it at all.

I am willing to provide my original receipt dated 7/29/02 should you ever need it for warrantee work. It it from a nationwide retail store. The price on my original receipt is not what I am selling the camcorder for. Also, if you wanted an extended warrantee I believe (but am not positive) that you could go to the retailer and have them add an extended warrantee it since it is still within 30 days of purchase.
