I loved this kid. :( He played Timmy (the former doll) on one of the 2 soap operas I watch occasionally ("Passions") and was young Grinch on How the Grinch Stole Christmas with Jim Carrey. (I think that is what it was called...)

Anyway, he was a midget and had a congenital heart defect. He was in the hospital the other night for a routine surgery (I believe) and died. Very sad. :(

Oh, and his character on Passions died the same day. That scene had been taped several months before... Very freaky & sad.

Yeah, I know I read that yesterday when I was reading about what happened on Passions, it was freaky because it was the same day his character died. But it's still sad :(

He wasn't a midget. He had a genetic disease which stopped his body from maturing, like Gary Coleman. That is weird that they killed him off on the show the same day.

ah, ok. I didn't realize that.

But yeah, the show had been filmed months before. It just happened the same day. :(

Was the show filmed in case he died or was the show scheduled to air that day all along?

And just so ya know. Midgets are people who are normal except miniature size, all their body parts are proportionally correct. Dwarfs are small people that have unproportioned bodies. They have like long arms or legs and big heads. And then there's people whose bodies just can't mature so they keep looking like babies like this soap opera guy.

From the interview I saw this morning, it had been filmed a few months ago and was just scheduled to air that day. It wasn't planned or anything.

One of those  coincidences.

I don't really know, but they kinda made it so him and another chick on the show are in the hospital and won't make it, I'm thinking that they may have thought something may happen.

But then on the website it said that all future episodes were edited so his character wasn't in any of them....

That kid was one of the most annoying things to grace the face of television. My sister used to always watch Passions when I lived at home and he annoyed more than anything.

Yeah, it's a shame that he died, but I certainly won't be missing him.

Caues back in 6th grade when everyone else was trying to figure out why Volcanos erupted and why the sky is blue I researched why the hell some people come out looking like chicken mcnuggets or other genetic birth defects :)
