Remember the Free Satellite Dish Deal....I have received mine last week. And I have no idea how to install it. The web site said there will be an installation kit will come with the Dish. Is that shipped separately?? With the limited instructions in the manual, there is no way for anyone to figure out how to install it. Help!! Can anyone offer some help?
