Problem with MERCATA signup - HELP!!

I want the RCA tv posted on the deals page, so I went to go make an account and I guess sometime long ago I signed up, but never got bonus money and I've never bought anything from them. I've tried different addresses, different email, different credit cards, but it keeps telling me I'm blocked from signing up because I already have an account! I tried to write to their customer service, but the page won't send. Can anyone help me out? I really want that TV!

If all that stuff failed, why not just call them and if they can fix it, order the tv from them then. Its not like you're taking advantage of some hidden deal or coupon. (DAMN YOU STAPLES)

AHHHH!!! I just called Mercata and I forgot that I signed up in January and got a $25 bonus to buy a stupid calling card! So, is there a way to sign up again? I'm at a new address now, and I can use a different email address and credit card, but I can't really change my name! Does anyone know if they track name spellings to credit cards? Does it have to match exactly? Somebody please help me out, I really want that tv!

Nevermind needing to sign up with Mercata again... I took a printout of the gotapex deals page to a local store called Rex and they sold me the same TV for $287. They had it on sale for $329, but had no problem matching the price. So for anyone who wants this set and doesn't want to wait for it to be shipped, or doesn't want to use their Mercata money, I would call around and see if any places are willing to pricematch.
