Our university has been thinking about getting a new logo. For $12,000 they came up with this

a guy i work with came up with this in less than 1 hour:

I think the second is a much wiser choice, and only costs a fraction of what the school is willing to pay.

edit: that is part of our school in the background. :D

12k is a little excessive i think. I'd do it for half that. hahaha.
Logo design isn't cheap though. Logo design goes for at least 2k in todays market.

stfu... 12000?!?!? ... thats a joke... the csun logo has a whole extra letter... oo ahhhhhhhhhhh... worship the school that is csun :P

Right now I'm on a mac in my compsci class. Can someone tell me how to right click and save image?

Just think your tuition paid for that.

Reminds me of when the community college around here bought some expensive works of outdoor "art" which were basically just pieces of metal welded together, some of it rusty.

drag the image to the desktop or use the apple key i believe. I have a logitech optical on mine, so i dont have to mess with that damn single button crap.

u can do what ribitch said... or just click the image and hold [dont release right away]. in a couple seconds u should get the same lil menu that u would get if u use the apple key.

but i doubt ur still in ur comp class... so it prolly doesnt help anyway. :P
