indexing CDs

anyone know of a program which will index a cd collection and allow you to search through it? i got stacks of old backup cds and i need to find a file but i have no idea where it is. TIA

What I do is sort of ghetto but I don't care it works. Every cd I burn I put in for the title of the cd a numbering system I have devised. Anyhow I put those into an excell spread sheet and so if I need to find something I just refer to the excell file and find the cd which is conveniently in the number order system I have.
