This is my first deal post, so forgive me if I don't follow all the conventions.
Anyway, here's the deal:
http://computing.techsumer.com/product.phtml?pid=CPIII700ECOPGARTL&MSI D=4bd8bf4978d3c2ebddf291385b35a20e (http://computing.techsumer.com/product.phtml?pid=CPIII700ECOPGARTL&MSID=4bd8bf4978d3c2ebddf291385b35a20e)
Techsumer.com has this for: $213.49
Join PointClick.com & get 10% off: ($21.35)
--------------------------------------------
Your cost $192.14
Ground S/H $ 11.00
--------------------------------------------
Your FINAL COST $203.14
I don't know if these are the cB0 stepping, but they are the *RETAIL PACKAGE* as stated on the page.

ps. ooops, I already found a type-o, but couldn't change it, anyway, it's for the Intel Pentium III 700E, not the Intel Pentium II 700E (well, there isn't one) but, just in case, I just wanted to mention the correction

This is not a great price.. you can get the same thing for 218 wihtout any rebates at other stores.. but still nice find if someone was already looking for this cpu.

pointclick instructions:
first, become a member.
then, goto www.pointclick.com (http://www.pointclick.com) (or just "Home")
then, click on: MEMBER AREA
enter your info
then, you get to a page w/a bunch of links
then, click on "Reimbursement Request" (second text link)
then, it takes you to the reimbursement form
then, on the first pull-down menu, click it
then, hit the letter "T"
then, hit "Enter"
there....Techsumer!
if you don't get it from these instructions, i'm sorry, but i don't think anyone can help you.
BTW, this is how you have to do it with Onvia.com too. It's not on the "main" computer/office category page but it's on the form. Don't know why they do it like that.

SIDENOTE
---------
I think the $218 deal might be with Onvia.com, but you still have to use the $25 off 200 coupon code and go thru pointclick.com for a rebate to arrive at that price. However, people on Anandtech forums have pretty much nailed down which warehouses in the US you can get (almost guaranteed) a CPU w/cB0 stepping. That's what I was gonna do, but I wanted to find a cheaper deal.
Anyway, I just emailed Techsumer.com support and hopefully they'll reply with something positive about the stepping of their CPU's. I'll post their reply.
BTW, another sidenote, if you goto www.pricegrabber.com (http://www.pricegrabber.com) and look up the CPU, it has the Onvia.com price at only ~$238, if you can get Onvia to pricematch their own (mistaken?) price, do the coupon, and do the rebate....that'd be an even better deal! Guaranteed (almost) cB0 stepping and cheaper than Techsumer deal (only $190 w-s/h). It seems like a longshot though, so I'm not even gonna try it.

CHOSENFOOL
-----
Let us all know what you find out about overclocking it. Also, could ya look up how well the week 18 batch P3 700e's overclock? I think the cB0 stepping CPU's are week 19/20.
If the older stepping can hit 900-950, and if that's all the Techsumer carries, I'll get it, but if it sucks, I'll pay the extra $15 to onvia. Alot of folks have said that their cB0 stepping CPU's have been hitting 933 min, and some up to 1015.
Can't wait to get my chip so I can start ripping DVD's to SVCD! http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/smile.gif
hope this helps,
