Well. I am off to Sin City tomorrow for a couple of days. Hopefully I will win some money again as that is always nice. What makes it even nicer is that it is a fully funded trip with no out of pocket expenses, other than gambling money.

Wish me luck. BTW, does anyone know of anything different to do while I am there. I have gone a bunch of times and think I have done most of the standard things.

Standard things - I.e. - Treasure Island Pirate Show, Volcano errupting at the Mirage, Fourms at Caesars, Bellagio Fountains, etc.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Climb the 75' indoor climbing wall at Gameworks. It's the tallest indoor one in North America.

Go see O or Mystère, definitely worth it. We saw Mystère last time and it just blew me away. Ask for tickets in section 103, row C through E. We sat right in the middle center of D section 103.

Go to the Mandalay Bay and check out either Red Square, for a great variety of vodkas, or Rum Jungle for a great variety of rum.

Mandalay Bay also has a House of Blues. Someone cool might be playing :shrug:

Ride the rollercoaster on top of the Stratosphere

Go to 54. A great nightclub in the MGM

Go to Ra. A great nightclub in the Luxor

Make sure you get an In-N-Out burger if you are not from the West Coast

Vegas has some great nudie bars. Ask a cabbie for details.

And if all else fails there is always prostitution :naughty:

I second Apex' suggesting. Shell out the $75 for Mystere or $100 for O. I haven't seen O yet but I hear good things. I know Mystere is good. I got section 102, 1st row seating...so close i could see them sweat. :heh:

Vegas Blvd right next to the MGM Grand.

ufcrusher I would go on ticketmaster.com and check to see if any bands/groups/people are playing in that area that you might want to see. I've heard really good things about the Blue Man Group, but it's 75 bux a ticket and the only show I could (possibly) have gotten tickets for was sunday at like 2 =\.

The Venetian was really nice, and PG said that the gondolla rides are fun, but make sure you do the one on the inside, cause the outside one is lame :P

Ceasers palace has a show all the way in the back of their Forums, it shows every hour from 10am to midnight. It's really cool animatronics, plus there is a cheesecake factory right there :D

I went to Ra at the luxor, and it's , as PG puts it, a "Meat Market" but I had fun, but don't wear black etnies... they aren't dress shoes :hmm:

Thanks for all of the suggestions, and I will definitely try some of them.

Hmm, I have already seen Blue Man Group, which was well worth the $70 ticket price and was actually debating about going again...but only if its going to be different. If its the same, then it would probably be better to go see something else. I guess I will find out and then decide whether to see O or Mystere instead.
