Hey, butta, just called pets, and asked them to credit me, because "my cat is coming out in October, and lives currenty in Minnesota", which is actually true, but requisite because the julymag coupon expires in the middle of Sept. They're cool about it, so long as you are a new customer.

and I guess great minds think alike, called gomez pretending to have some silly question and mildly asked how they check it someone purchased $20 or more, they have live online reporting that shows exactly how much and what was purchased by each user. http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/frown.gif oh well.

Actually, I was wondering how the hell Gomez knows whether you've bought the stuff or not to credit your account. Do we have to do anything at this point after we've bought the stuff in order to get the rebate?

I've bought through Gomez at least 10 times they have tons of deals. You always get an email confirmation and depending on the deal you get the money sent directly to you in about 8 weeks on average. Couple times got checks within 2 weeks, the longest was about 10. You don't need to do anything, as long as you sign up through the page on their site.

Question for you, I want to go back and buy using mom's name and address. How do I use the coupon, I don't see a place to add it when I go through the gomez link. And what is the coupon code. do I need to sign up and then call Pets to get the extra $15??

The page is www.pets.com/julymag. (http://www.pets.com/julymag.) What I did was order through the Gomez page, and then call and BS my way to a 15 credit. It doens't work for tax, but hey, I'll eat the 28 cents or whatever. I never did get an e-mail confirmation from Gomez, however, and I do distinctly remember going straight from their page to pets. What is the timeline for a Gomez confirmation e-mail?
To answer your question, no codes, just linkified coupons. There are a couple of others down the page, one from onalamwar, methinks.

I didn't get an email either so I called Gomez just now for some reason no email confirmation on this deal. They said to go to your gomez membership page http://www.gomez.com/Registration/fork.cfm?r=3&CFID=921713&CFTOKEN=73764644
sign in and it will tell you which deals are pending. Sure enough all my pending deals were listed.
