they have even lower rates then before ($.029) to anywhere in the U.S. with no minimum usage reqs. and no account fees, etc. You can dial anyone in the U.S. and pay just $.025 per minute. They bill by the minute but have no minimum call length reqs. and no stupid fees.

I'm just posting from experience. I used to use onesuite.com to call and it was okay. Recently though, I keep getting "all circuits are busy" messages and my calls (when they get through) are dropped after about 30 seconds.
How do other people rate this service? Maybe it's just my area (Santa Cruz, CA) that is problematic?

I too, have similar problems. They have become worse during the last couple of months. (calling from 610 area)

Honestly, I have also had a hard time getting through with their service at times but usually I can get through after waiting a little while; usually its around noon, here (858).

I've never had problems calling from the Buffalo area, area code 716.
Been using them for a long time, highly recommend.

In central Illinois, they have pretty good service, except for the occasional busy signal during peak hours. Never had a dropped call. It looks like it all depends on you area. I'd say it was worth a $10 investment to find out if it's good in your area. I've been really happy with them for the last 2 years.
I was dropped a couple of times, but that was quite a while ago. Over all, maybe 2% of my calls were dropped, but all you do is call again and it usually works. I wouldn't use this service for business purposes due to this, but for personal phone calls this is an excellent service! Line quality is very good. Highly recommended. (I call from 520)

I really like OneSuite. Never had a single problem in almost 2 years. Love the "zip dial" feature and the realtime online account statement.

i just signed up for a onesuite account while i was out in cali, and i had no problems contacting their 800 number (which is $.029 per min). however, they seem to cut off your calls after 30 minutes, which is kind of weird
but i would contrast them to bigzoo, who i used from may 2000 to may 2001. they sucked. at night, during "peak times", you'd often have to call their 800 number 15 times before you could get through
so based on my limited experience with onesuite, i would say they are better than bigzoo, one of their major competitors
