A coworker of mine would like to connect to his XP machine from home using Remote Desktop. The problem is, he wants to access it from both a Windows 2k and a Windows 98 machine. Have any of you had success accessing it from a non XP machine? If so, I would appreciate any pointers that you can give before I try to help him tackle it.
Thanks in advance.

You might not be able to depending on how much control you have of your computer. Firstly the port that remote desktop needs to be open and also you'll need to know what the ip is to your computer. If it doesn't have a static ip, you'll need to setup a dns server but that means another port to be open for the dns program. Then you also have to have administrator access to your computer to enable remote desktoping.
